Care Instructions for Rented Linens 

Our linens are made of 100% polyester and are delivered cleaned, pressed, folded, and packed in plastic bags. Please note that slight variations in color shading and size may occur due to dye lots and laundering.

Important Care Guidelines:

• Avoid Moisture: Linens should not be left wet for more than 6 hours to prevent mildew or permanent damage.
• Proper Use: Linens are not to be used as rags, mops, or drop cloths. Treat the linens with care, as if they were your own!
• Handling Damages: Customers will be charged the replacement cost for any linens returned damaged. This includes misuse such as burns, wax, tears, writing, or mildew.
• Damage Waiver: If you have purchased a Damage Waiver, please note that it only covers accidental stains, not misuse or neglect.
• Preparation for Return: Shake off all debris and ensure linens are completely dry before placing them in the bags or bins provided to avoid mildew. Linens returned damp may incur additional charges.
• Protecting Linens During Your Event: To help maintain the quality of the linens throughout your event, avoid placing them in areas where they might be exposed to harsh chemicals, excessive dirt, or heavy wear and tear.

Excessive Stain Charges: We charge a $30 cleaning fee per order for linens with excessive stains. Our team has up to 4 days to inspect the returned linens and assess any necessary charges.
