Professional Event Supervisor for Large Events & Multiple Inflatables

For large events featuring multiple inflatables, mechanical rides, games, or concession stations, Fiesta Time & Amusements strongly requires and recommends an Event Operations Supervisor. This added level of oversight helps ensure safe, organized, and efficient event operations throughout Montgomery County, MD and the DMV area.

A supervisor is highly recommended for events featuring more than four inflatables or attractions. For optimal safety and management, we recommend one (1) Event Supervisor for every five (5) staff members. This structure ensures proper leadership, accountability, and smooth coordination during large-scale events.

Primary Responsibilities of an Event Operations Supervisor

• Overseeing the setup, operation, and breakdown of all rental equipment
• Ensuring inflatable and mechanical ride operations follow safety protocols
• Managing and supervising event attendants and operators
• Confirming that staff members actively enforce safety rules
• Monitoring guest flow and overall event safety compliance
• Addressing operational concerns or safety issues immediately

While the supervisor may temporarily relieve a staff member during short breaks or restroom visits, their primary responsibility is overseeing the entire event operation. They are not assigned to manage a single inflatable or station but instead focus on maintaining a safe and controlled environment across all attractions.

This additional leadership layer significantly reduces risk, improves staff coordination, and enhances the overall guest experience.

Supervisor Role Titles (Based on Event Type)

Depending on the size and structure of your event, your supervisor may be designated under one of the following roles:

• Event Attendant Supervisor – Oversees the setup, operation, and safe use of rental equipment while ensuring guests follow all safety guidelines.
• On-Site Equipment Supervisor – Manages inflatable and event equipment operations while supervising attendants and resolving operational issues.
• Safety & Operations Supervisor – Ensures full compliance with safety protocols during setup, event operation, and breakdown.
• Lead Event Attendant – Serves as the primary point of contact during the event and supervises all assigned attendants.
• Inflatable & Equipment Supervisor – Oversees safe inflatable usage and ensures attendants follow proper operating procedures.
