At Fiesta Time & Amusements, our trained Event Attendants help keep your event safe, organized, and running smoothly. Whether you’re hosting a school carnival, church festival, corporate event, birthday party, or a large community celebration in Montgomery County, MD and the DMV area, our professional staff ensures your equipment is properly supervised at all times.

What Our Event Attendants Do

Our attendants are specially hired and trained for the following responsibilities:

• Managing inflatable bounce house operations
• Supervising obstacle courses and combo units
• Operating mechanical rides
• Managing interactive game stations
• Operating concession machines (popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cone machines)
• Monitoring safe participant flow and enforcing safety rules

Each staff member supervises inflatable units to help ensure the appropriate number of participants are using the equipment at one time. For added safety, children may be grouped by age and size when necessary.

We strongly recommend:

• One attendant per inflatable
• Two attendants for inflatables with multiple entrances/exits
• Two attendants for large obstacle courses

All inflatables must be staffed at all times — no exceptions. Proper supervision significantly reduces risk and helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Important Guidelines & Responsibilities

To maintain clear expectations:

• Our attendants are not entertainers
• Our attendants are not responsible for lifting, moving, or transporting event equipment, furniture, or trash
• Our attendants are not responsible for supervising children or guests outside of the inflatable or assigned workstation
• Our attendants are only responsible for the specific equipment or attraction they are assigned to operate

Their primary focus is equipment safety, operational control, and rule enforcement — not general event management or childcare.
