At least 3 to 4 weeks before your party date — and longer for spring and summer weekends. This is our most-requested themed unit. If your date shows available, book it now and do not wait.
My daughter loves Frozen but she just turned 2 — is this safe for her?
We recommend this unit for ages 3 and up. Two-year-olds can easily be knocked down by bouncing older children. For toddlers we suggest designated toddler-only bounce time with a parent inside the unit, or considering our toddler-specific inflatables.
Is the Frozen Bounce House enough entertainment on its own or do I need other activities?
For a 2 to 3 hour party with kids ages 3 to 8, the Frozen Bounce House alone is typically enough. For longer parties or guests of mixed ages, adding a concession machine or yard game keeps everyone engaged throughout.
Will the setup be ready before my guests arrive?
Yes. We coordinate a delivery window with you in advance so the unit is fully inflated, anchored, and ready before your first guest walks through the gate. Please have the area cleared and accessible when our crew arrives.
