📐 Setup Area and What Is Included

Call 301-887-5225 to confirm setup dimensions for your space before booking. To keep the game running safely, here is what needs to be in place on party day:

⚡ One standard power outlet within 100 feet of the setup location. A 100-foot extension cord is included with every rental. Because safety is our top priority, our crew is directed not to set up if the distance between the power outlet and the inflatable exceeds 100 feet. A cord longer than 100 feet can cause voltage drop and blower failure, which is a safety risk we will not take. If your outlet is farther than 100 feet away, please consider renting one of our generators — it is the easiest solution and guarantees a smooth, safe setup no matter where in your yard the inflatable goes. If the distance exceeds 100 feet and no generator is available, our crew will not be able to complete the setup.

📏 Setup requires a flat and level surface. We cannot safely set up on slopes, hills, or uneven ground — the inflatable must be on a fully level area.

🌿 Clear the entire setup area of debris, sticks, rocks, and pet waste before we arrive. This is a safety requirement we enforce at every single rental.

💧 Irrigation lines under your grass? Please tell us when you book. We use ground stakes for grass setups unless irrigation is present, in which case we use sandbags to anchor safely without touching your underground system.
